These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the site axivozentravax.com (hereinafter, the Site), owned by Axivozentravax S.A.S. Access to and use of the Site imply full acceptance of these conditions. If you do not agree with any clause, please stop using the Site.
1. Purpose of the Site
The Site provides informative and educational content about real estate crowdlending in Argentina, describes typologies of projects and explains how the model works. The Site does not constitute financial, legal or tax advice, nor a public offering of securities under Argentine Capital Markets Law 26.831.
2. Informative nature
All published information has a general and educational nature. Figures, timelines and examples cited illustrate how the model works and do not represent commitments, guarantees or return projections. Participation in any real estate project involves risks, including the possibility of partial or total loss of the capital contributed.
3. Permitted use
The Site is offered for personal, non-commercial use. It is forbidden to copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from the content without prior written authorisation from Axivozentravax S.A.S. Automated use of the Site through bots, scrapers or any tool that interferes with its functioning is also not permitted.
4. Intellectual property
Texts, logos, illustrations and other elements of the Site are the property of Axivozentravax S.A.S. or are used with the authorisation of their owners. Photographs are sourced from licensed providers and are used to illustrate editorial content.
5. Contact form
The contact form is intended for informative queries. When submitting it, the user declares that the information provided is truthful. Axivozentravax S.A.S. is not responsible for incomplete or inaccurate queries.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Argentine law, Axivozentravax S.A.S. will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of opportunity arising from the use of the Site, the inability to access it or the interpretation of the information published.
7. Modifications
We may modify these Terms and Conditions to adapt them to regulatory or operational changes. Modifications will be published on this same page with the corresponding date. Continued use of the Site after publication will imply acceptance of the new version.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute arising from the use of the Site will be submitted to the ordinary courts based in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
