This Privacy Policy describes how Axivozentravax processes the personal information that users share when browsing axivozentravax.com or when using the contact form available on the site. Our goal is to explain in clear language what data is collected, why it is collected and how the rights recognised by Argentine Law 25.326 on Personal Data Protection are exercised.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Axivozentravax S.A.S., with registered offices at Av. Corrientes 3247, floor 6, office B, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (C1193AAB), Argentina. Any query about this policy can be addressed to privacidad@axivozentravax.com.
2. Data we process
We only process the data that the user decides to share through the contact form (name, email and message) and standard technical browsing data (anonymised IP address, device type, preferred language and pages visited). We do not request or store sensitive information nor financial data.
3. Purposes
We use the data to answer queries received through the form, improve the browsing experience, measure the use of the site in an aggregated way and, if the user authorises it through the cookie banner, personalise advertising served by Google Ads under the Consent Mode v2 framework.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on the free, prior, express and informed consent that the user grants when submitting the form or accepting optional cookies. It also relies on the legitimate interest of the site to ensure its functioning, security and fraud prevention.
5. Retention periods
Messages received through the form are kept for a maximum of twenty-four months. Aggregated analytics data is kept for up to twenty-six months in Google Analytics 4 and consent preferences for six months or until the user modifies them.
6. Recipients
We share data only with technology providers acting as data processors and offering adequate guarantees: Google LLC (Google Ads and Analytics), hosting infrastructure based in the European Union and transactional email systems. We do not sell personal data.
7. User rights
You can request at any time access, rectification, updating, deletion or portability of your personal data by writing to privacidad@axivozentravax.com. You can also file complaints with the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, the supervisory authority in Argentina.
8. Changes to the policy
If we update this policy we will publish the new version on this same page, indicating the date of the last modification. We recommend that you review it periodically to be aware of the terms in force.
